Exploring Grand Cayman's seven mile beach

One of the most popular beaches on the whole island of Grand Cayman is
the 7 mile Beach. It is located on the western side of the island and is
a real tourist hotspot. It is a huge stretch of white sandy beaches and
crystal clear seas that really make it a place to be seen. It is a
favourite for many locals as well as visitors to the island.

There are many activities you can do on the seven mile beach. One of the
more popular if scuba diving or even snorkelling. With the coral being
very close to the shore you don't have to go out far and snorkelling
enables you to see a wide variety of sea life without the need to go
further out where you would have the scuba dive. You can of course just
simply sit back and relax on the beach and top up your tan whilst enjoying
a quick dip in the Caribbean Sea of course.

The seven mile beach also has a wide variety of restaurants and bars.
This is a great place also to sit back and relax either during the day or
at night. There is a wide variety of food that you can choose from and
you're sure to find something that you really like without having to
travel far to get there. Grand Cayman is a popular place for families and
children are well catered for in all of the restaurants and bars.

Obviously you don't have to spend all your time on the seven mile beach
as there are other fantastic places to visit on the island. Other beaches
are just as spectacular and you may find them to be more tranquil and a
greater place to relax. It really depends on exactly what you're looking
for on your trip to Grand Cayman.
